As the PMO Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the SME project managers with the end-to-end delivery of their projects.
The PMO Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and completion of a number of projects within the S&L programme, through the support of the end-to-end SME project managers. The role is to ensure efficient implementation of projects within an agreed timescale and budget by effective scoping, mobilisation, accurate project documentation and on-going governance. The role provides assistance to large scale projects within S&L to help the SME project teams develop, run and close projects successfully.
You will also work closely with the other members of the PMO Programme Management team to provide oversight across all the programmes which the strategic projects fit into.
The successful candidate will be Prince 2 qualified with experience of managing supply chain / retail projects in a mid to large organisation.
