    We are looking for a Group Customer Fulfilment Manager to lead the design and implementation of direct fulfilment capability across Kingfisher, enabling the roll out of the full customer proposition and delivery of a step change increase in digital sales.


    Traditionally as a business we would replenish into stores and customers would buy, however with technology and customer expectations changing, the main focus for us will be our digital fulfilment capability, that’s where you come in.


    As the subject matter expert you will be working with key stakeholders to translate the Group ambition and the minimum viable proposition into a solution and execution road map to deliver our future customer value proposition.


    You will build a detailed roadmap by market for the deployment and development of fulfilment operations and support the business case process for new investment. Define the fulfilment skills & capability framework (ambition & MVP) and support the local logistics teams to develop and/or recruit as required.


    You will leverage existing knowledge, experience and capability from within the Group to support the transfer of best practice to new and emerging digital markets. You will provide operational leadership of the systems enablers and dependencies that support delivery of fulfilment capability and ensure alignment with operational ways of working.




    To be successful within this role you will have an Understanding and significant experience of different fulfilment solutions such as store picking, hub store and fulfilment centres. Operational knowledge & experience of Click & Collect, Click &Deliver, One Man, Two Man, Bulk/XL & Drop Ship Vendor solutions. 


    You will experience of project/programme management and delivery including business case preparation, investment appraisal and risk management.


    There will be extensive travel within this role mainly across the UK, France and Poland around 40% of your role.
