We are looking for an experienced Group Purchasing Manager to look after our Professional Services category. In the role, you will deliver sustainable benefits (cost savings, reduced risk of supply, etc.) to the Group companies.
To be successful in this role you will need to secure stakeholder engagement in all purchasing and supply management activities and you must be able to work in a collaborative and transparent manner. Analysing expenditure, budgets, forecasts and costs, you will generate insights and share with stakeholders and the wider teams.
You will be responsible for managing our new consultancy governance process, securing engagement across the business.
Cost Price Reduction (CPR) and top to top negotiations with suppliers is a key aspect to this role and so you must be experienced in this and have the ability to confidently manage the relationships you hold with your suppliers.
To be successful within this role you will have experience of working within group purchasing for professional services, including experience of consultancy services, profit recover audit, creation of PSL agreements and subscription management.
You will have the ability to influence and challenge where necessary, regularly speaking within the director network.
This position is an 11 month FTC, you will be expected to travel across our sites mainly within the UK and France.
