    Responsibilities

    As the Traffic Manager, you will report to the Digital Performance Marketing Manager. 

     

    You will create and implement the traffic acquisition strategy :

      • In collaboration with the Digital teams, market and planification, you will identify the best tools and markets where to communicate
      • You will create an online traffic acquisition strategy for several projects : budget, plannning, devices...
      • You will set up drivers of growth : SEA, retargeting, affiliation, display...
      • You will coordinate external partners and stakeholders
      • You will follow-up on campaigns and make sure it is not to overrun the allotted budget.

    You will also conduct performance analysis :

      • In collaboration with the Web Analysts, you will analyze performance and ROI on your campaigns
      • You will follow KPIs through dashboards and reporting, and initiate actions plans to optimize performance

    As the Traffic Manager, you also carry out technological, market and strategic intelligence activities

    Qualifications

    We are looking for passionate candidates with strong experience on a similar role, in traffic acquisition and in managing omnichannel campaigns.

     

    You must be an excellent communicator both written and spoken. It will be necessary to be a confident English speaker. The language of the Kingfisher business is English.
     
    The successful person will be good at finding solutions for problems and thinking with innovation and enthusiasm.
