    Supply & Logistics (S&L) is the part of OSC that manages and operates the supply and logistics activities for the Group. The role of S&L is to create an integrated supply chain, from vendor to customer to improve availability, stock efficiency, improve customer service and reduce duplication and costs.

     

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Continuous Improvement, the Reporting Analyst provides data & management information reporting and analysis capability to support implement and embed the SOM & develop forecasting and replenishment capability in France.


    On this role you will develop performance reporting and analysis framework and roadmap to support the embedding of SOM and the development of forecasting and replenishment capability in France. You will ensure efficient and accurate management information reporting of lagging and leading indicators which enable exception-based actions, to be provided regularly for key management and analyst teams in France.


    You will provide adhoc reporting for management and analyst teams to enable issues to be addressed and opportunities exploited.

     

    To be successful on this role you will need to build strong relationships with central OSC S&L reporting and analysis team to develop best practice operationa performance reporting.

    Qualifications

    We are looking for someone with functional experience of performance reporting and report, with advance user capability in MS Excel, MS Access and Business Objects tools (or equivalent).

    Ideally you will have experience using cloud based 'big databases' with visualisation and dashboarding capability.

    You are able to manipulate data in an efficient way through the tools to create simple, efficient and accurate reporting and analysis, as well as understanding user requirements and expectations when creating and delivering performance reporting and analysis information.

    You are able to build strong relationships and influence across cultural, geographical and functional boundaries in a matrix structure.
