    Supply & Logistics (S&L) is the part of OSC that manages and operates the supply and logistics activities for the Group. The role of S&L is to create an integrated supply chain, from vendor to customer to improve availability, stock efficiency, improve customer service and reduce duplication and costs.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Group Lean Specialist who will be a specialist LEAN continuous improvement to be based in our Lille office on a permanent basis.

     

    The Group Lean Specialist reports to the Head of Supply Chain Continuous Improvement, on this role you will have extensive experience in LEAN continuous improvement developing and delivering short term and long term forecasting and replenishment capability building, with specific focus in process development.

     

    You will work closely with OSC stakeholders and the operating companies to develop detailed procsesses and ways of working, enhancing our forecasting and replenishment capability using LEAN techniques.  You will support operational teams in using advanced root cause analysis techniques to resolve issues and embed these skills within the operational teams.

    Qualifications

    The  Group Lean Specialist sits within our Supply and Logistics planning function concentrating on making positive improvements for the one Kingfisher ambition.

     

    To be successful in this role you will have functional experience of deploying LEAN techniques outside of a manufacturing environment with a strong ability to priortise and switch between short term and strategic work content.

     

    You will have the ability to deliver results and projects in an ambiguous environment with exceptional tenacity and resilience building strong relationsips and influencing across georaphical boundries.
