Supply & Logistics (S&L) is the part of OSC that manages and operates the supply and logistics activities for the Group. The role of S&L is to create an integrated supply chain, from vendor to customer to improve availability, stock efficiency, improve customer service and reduce duplication and costs.
Reporting to the OSC Group Planning Director, The Head of Group Supply Operating Model Optimisation will be responsible for leading the implementation and embedding of the Supply Operating Model and the development of the forecasting and replenishment and business planning capabilities across France.
You will manage a team of 3, who will help you to create and deliver a plan to ensure supply chain operations stability during the 12 month 'intensive care' period after SOM & SAP Easier implementation. Working closely in collaboration with key OpCo and OSC stakeholders, you will deliver improved forecasting and replenishment & business planning capability in France.
To be successful in this role you will possess a deep functional experience of forecasting and replenishment in Retail Operations, preferably in organisations with mature supply chain planning operations.
You will have proven record of delivering results and change in forecasting and replenishment over short & long-term horizon within an ambiguous environment with exceptional tenacity & resilience.
Building strong relationships and influence across cultural, geographical and functional boundaries in a matrix structure will be one of your key strengths
