    Offer & Supply Chain (OSC) has been created as a Group organisation to design, source, plan and supply a unified, unique and leading range of products to meet the needs of customers across all Operating Companies (OpCos).



    This role sits within the Offer & Supply Chain (or OSC’s) Sourcing team. The Sourcing function is set up to source the products we sell across our Operating Companies, manage our suppliers and make the most of our scale to deliver high quality products our customers want, at a cost they can afford.



    The objective of the role is to Coordinate and organize the KIPL contract management for WEBO Buying Office within the Vendor Development department .


    The Contract Coordination Lead reports to the Vendor Development manager. He/She will operates on a Matrix environment, being part of Vendor Development team and supporting Sourcing teams on a daily base.


    Your daily tasks will be to : 

    • Check all minimum standard approvals before sign off form to legal (MS Checklist) for WEBO Buying Office.
    • Ensure contract coordination (UO, KIPL) with WEBO’s sourcing teams: Southampton, Templemars, Longpont and Barcelona.
    • Coordinate, on a daily basis, with PSMs, APSMs & SSs
    • Track life of KIPL contracts
    • Collect Minimum Standards and progress tracking
    • Work with Minimum Standards owners & legal department to get contracts approved
    • Coordinate all requests (documents, MS) for review and processing by MS owners (Group Buyer, Buying Office, OSC legal, Vendor, OSC Finance, etc)
    • Organize and update contract files tracking database (Smartsheet)


    To be successful on this role, you will need to have strong knowledge of the contracting process and contract documents.

    You will have organisational and administrative skills and you are proven to be rigorous (detail and accuracy).

    You will be familiar with project planning and reporting.

    You will have strong communication skills.
